It also comes with MicroSoft Windows 8.1 with Bing 64-bit version. While this isn’t a fan favorite it works for the person who needs to get light productivity tasks done on the go.
When it comes to design the C55D-B5319 Satellite is much like others in the price range. You don’t get the high quality feel when you see or touch it. It a 15.6″ device that comes with he dimensions of 14.96 x 10.2 x 1.05 inches and weighs 4.85lbs. At this size it is not the smallest or lightest of the machines on the market but compare to the competitors in the same class and price it is in the top as far a weight and being slim. This weigh makes it portable and it should fit into most carrying bags unless you have something that was similar to the Acer Chromebook 11 CB3-111-C670.

While the Toshiba Satellite C55D-B5319 15.6″ laptop is budget friendly its also lightweight and easy to carry around, comes with DVD/CD burner, its easy to set up, the display is pretty good. On the other had it does have a inexpensive feel to it, no Bluetooth, and doesn’t have a backlit keyboard. In the end though for $249 its hard to beat this machine. While there are some more expensive laptops on the market like the HP Pavilion 15-P100DX this one surely makes for a perfect backup PC or something for someone who just needs a laptop for traveling. It’s not going to be something for gaming so if you want a gaming laptop check out something else and the speakers leave room for much to be desired. However just putting on some headphones will solve that problem. Chances are if you buy this laptop from Toshiba you will be glad you did.
